- Part of Cal's 400 free relay team that set a pool record during a dual meet at Washington State last season (3:21.92).
- Four-time winner (50 free, 100 free, 200 medley relay, 400 free relay) at Washington State dual meet
- Won three times last season in a dual meet against Utah (100 free, 200 free, 200 free relay)
- Part of winning 200 free relay team at last year's Minnesota Invitational, defeating then-No. 1 Texas in the process
- Selected to the 2023 Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll
- As a relay swimmer at the 2022 NCAA Championships, helped the 200 free relay to an 11th-place finish
- Scored in three individual events at the 2022 Pac-12 meet, taking 11th in the 50 free (season-best 22.27), 15th in the 100 free (49.24) and 24th in the 200 free (1:48.98). Also, led off Cal's runner-up 200 free relay
- Earned a national championship after swimming the leadoff leg on the 200 free relay at the 2021 NCAA meet. Individually, placed 34th in the 50 free (22.47), 27th in the 100 free (48.92) and 35th in the 200 free (1:47.29)
- Scored among the top 6 in three individual events at the 2021 Pac-12 Championships, taking second in the 50 free (22.24), fifth in the 100 free (48.77) and sixth in the 200 free (1:47.56), and was on a pair of conference-winning relays (200 free relay, 400 free relay)
- Earned an invitation to the 2020 NCAA Championships in the 50 free with a best time of 22.08
- At the 2020 Pac-12 meet, placed seventh in the 50 free (22.33, 22.08 in prelims), eighth in the 100 free (48.76) and 21st in the 200 free (1:48.14). Also, led off Cal's winning 200 free relay and helped the 200 medley relay and 400 free relay to runner-up finishes
- Named a CSCAA Scholar All-American in 2021
- Named to the Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll in 2021 and 2022
High School
- A two-time 50- and 100-meter free champion at school nationals, who also placed third in the 50 free at club nationals
- Her top time of 25.90 in the 50 free is a Pymble Ladies College school record
- Named her school’s Swimmer of the Year, while also receiving the Pierre De Coubertin Award, as well as the Bronze, Silver, Gold Medallion for high level of achievement in academics and varsity sports

- Her mother, Anne, was a collegiate swimmer at Harvard, while an aunt and uncle swam at Harvard and Stanford, respectively.
