Top score of the season was a 324.70 on the Platform at Pac-12 Championships (Feb. 23)
Vastly improved his NCAA Championships score, posting a 317.65, which was over 13 points higher than his freshman year performance

Qualified for the NCAA Championships thanks to a seventh-place finish in the 1-meter at the NCAA Zone E Championships (Flagstaff, Ariz.)
Best finish at NCAA Championships came in the Platform, where he scored a 312.60 & placed 22nd in prelims
Was just the second Cal men's diver to qualify for NCAA Championships since 2008, joining FInn Scribbick (2015, Platform)
Set season-best marks in 1-meter (355.05) & 3-meter (382.65) at Arizona State (Jan. 21), both of which were NCAA Zone qualifying marks
Also qualified for 2017 Zone Championships in the Platform by scoring 312.80 at UCLA's Bruin Diving Invitational
