2025 (Indoor): Raced in five meets for Cal… at the ACC Indoor Championships, ran the first leg of a 4x400m relay squad that posted the second-fastest time in school history (3:12.86)… raced to the No. 3 indoor 400m time in school history at the Husky Classic (46.82) and also ran the second leg of Cal’s DMR that posted the fourth-fastest time in program history (9:32.81)… posted a 400m time of 46.97 at the New Mexico Team Open… led off a school-record 4x400m relay (3:12.69) at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational.
2024 (Outdoor): Competed in nine meets for the Bears… reached the NCAA West Preliminary in the 400m… posted the second-fastest 400m time in program history (45.51) at the Pac-12 Championships to score for Cal and also ran the first leg of the Bears’ scoring 4x400m relay (3:10.35)… won the 400m at the 129th Big Meet with a time of 46.76… finished second in the 400m at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 46.34… ran the 400m in 46.95 at the Stanford Invitational… won the 400m with a time of 46.56 at the Aztec Invitational… posted a personal-best 200m time of 21.36 at the Hornet Invitational.
2024 (Indoor): Competed in three meets… ran the 400m in 47.13, the third-fastest time in program history, and raced to a personal-best 21.58 in the 200m at the Don Kirby Invitational… finished the 400m in 47.59 at the New Mexico Team Open.
2023 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets for Cal… ran the 400m in 47.16 at the Pac-12 Championships and also posted a triple jump mark of 14.67m (48-1.75), ninth-best in the conference that season… ran the first leg of the 4x400m relay at the Mt. SAC Relays, which posted the fifth-best time in the conference that year at 3:06.54… took third in the 400m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a time of 47.11… at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, ran the first leg of the 4x400m squad that combined for a time of 3:07.67.
2023 (Indoor): Competed in two meets for the Bears… at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational, ran the third leg of a 4x400m relay that set a new program record at 3:12.94… posted a personal-best time of 22.07 in the 200m and also ran the 400m in 49.27 at the New Mexico Team Open.
2022 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets for the Bears… acted as the anchor leg of the 4x400m relay squad at the NCAA West Preliminary, posting a combined 3:09.21… leapt 15.03m (49-3.75) in the triple jump at the Big Meet… posted a personal-best 15.05m (49-4.5) in the triple jump at the Stanford Invitational, good for third place… won the triple jump with a leap of 14.85m (48-8.75) at the Aztec Invitational.
2022 (Indoor): Competed in five meets… set a personal-best 14.57m (47-9.75) in the triple jump at the Pac-12 Invitational… raced to a PR of 22.16 in the 200m dash at the WSU Open… at the WSU Invitational, set a PR of 49.26 in the 400m dash.
HIGH SCHOOL: Took third place in the 400m dash, second place in the triple jump, and second place in the 4x400m relay at the 2021 Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Class 4A State Championships… won the triple jump competition and placed second in the long jump at the Broward County Athletic Association (BCAA) Track & Field Championships… in the 2020 Coral Springs City Championships… placed first in the triple jump and long jump while taking third in the 400m dash… qualified for State in 2019 after finishing first in the triple jump at the FHSAA 4A Regional 3 meet… was runner-up in the 400m run at the FHSAA 4A District 12 meet… as a freshman, took first in the triple jump and second in the long jump at the FHSAA 4A District 12 meet… competed in Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Raider Competitions throughout high school.
