2025 (Outdoor): Competed in two meets for Cal… at the Cal Opener, posted a wind-aided PR of 23.27 in the 200m, as well as PRs in the shot put (12.50m/41-0.25) and discus (39.78m/130-6)… CSC Academic All-District... ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2025 (Indoor): Appeared in two meets for the Bears… ran the 60m hurdles in 8.75 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational… ran the 60m in 7.25 at the Spokane Indoor Challenge.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets for the Bears… placed fourth in the decathlon at the Pac-12 Championships with a score of 6849, setting personal bests in the long jump (6.99m/22-11.25) and discus (38.92m/127-8)… placed second in the 110m hurdles (15.12) and the javelin (52.48m/172-2) at the 129th Big Meet… placed third in the decathlon at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, scoring 7073 with personal bests in the 100m (11.33), shot put (12.14m/39-10), high jump (2.00m/6-6.75), 400m (51.53), pole vault (4.20m/13-9.25) and 1500m (4:53.07)… threw the javelin a personal-best 56.09m (184-0) at the Cal Opener… USTFCCCA All-Academic... Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2024 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… at the Ken Shannon Invitational, finished the heptathlon with 5144 points, setting personal bests in all seven events and taking fifth in the long jump with a mark of 6.98m (22-11)… competed in the 60m (7.36), high jump (1.87m/6-1.5) and long jump (6.82m/22-4.5) at the Don Kirby Invitational... Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.

2023: Did not compete in a Cal uniform… finished fifth in the decathlon at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a total of 6120 points.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2022 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) – Central Coast Section (CCS) high jump champion… 2022 Peninsula Athletic League (PAL) high jump champion… took third place in the high jump at the 2021 CIF-CCS Finals.
