- 2023 CRCA Scholar Athlete
- 2023 Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll
As a Junior (2024):
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that defeated the UCSB V8+ and UC Irvine V8+ at the California Challenge Cup.
- Rowed in the 3V8+ that won the Carley Copley Cup Final at the San Diego Crew Classic (defeated Texas and Washington).
- Rowed in the 3V8+ that defeated No. 7 Washington to reclaim the Simpson Cup in the Washington dual.
- Rowed in the 4V8+ in the Big Row against Stanford.
As a Sophomore (2023):
- Rowed in the 3V8+ that placed third in the Carley Copley Cup final at the San Diego Crew Classic.Â
- Rowed in the 3V8+ in the Big Row against Stanford.
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that defeated the Huskies in the Washington dual.
- Rowed in the 3V8+ in the Pac-12 Challenge.
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that placed second at the Pac-12 Championships.
As a Freshman (2022):
- Rowed in the 3V8+ that placed third at the Pac-12 Championships.
- Rowed in the 3V8+ in the dual against Washington.
- Raced in the V4+ that took third at the San Diego Crew Classic.
High School/Club: Earned letters in rowing and swimming for Kingston Grammar...swam for Great Britain in 2015...set the British U14 record in the 50m breaststroke...this past summer she competed at the Henley Women's Regatta.Â
Personal: Parents are Sally and Tom...mother Sally is an Opera singer...Sophie has a diploma in classical singing...hobbies include writing music, trying new restaurants, weekend trips with friends, hiking with family.
