Personal/Previous: Majoring in political economy...in the summer of 2021, Himelstein participated in a Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation program at Cal through the College of Engineering and the European Innovation Academy and earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Technology from the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology…also in the summer of 2021, played for the San Francisco Glens, a USL League Two team…named the CIF San Francisco Section Most Valuable Midfielder & All-CIF First Team (2020)…named to the Top Drawer Soccer California All-State Team (2020) and to the All-San Francisco High School First Team (2020)…competed at the Barça Residency Academy (2017-18) and for the Orlando City Development Academy/SIMA (2018-19)…parents are Dan Himelstein – a Cal professor and alumnus – and Cece Kaufman-Himelstein…has one sibling, Tatum.
