Biography

Fall 2024: Cal’s sixth-leading scorer from 2024 notched one goal, two assists and four points in 17 games…he made six starts…McEligot scored his goal to cap a 4-2 win over Saint Mary’s…set up goals in a 3-3 tie with Louisville and in a 3-2 loss to Clemson.
 
Fall 2023: Played in 18 games and started 12…tallied two goals, one assist, five assists and one gamewinning goal…McEligot scored the latter in a 2-1 win over California Baptist…also scored in a 3-0 shutout of Fairleigh Dickinson.

Fall 2022: Played in eight games as a substitute.

Personal/Previous: Undeclared major...the Strikers FC product is a talented goalscorer and playmaker...he participated with future Cal teammate Cameron Robie in the Talentprojekt, a year-long program that immersed select U.S. players in Germany, where they attended school, trained and played soccer against top youth players from various Bundesliga academies...McEligot earned trial invitations from German clubs Borussia Mönchengladbach and Fortuna Dusseldorf.
