- Earned first-team All-State, All-District 6A-D1 and All-Area recognition for the first of two straight seasons while helping lead his 2020 junior squad to an 8-1 overall record and a 6A-D1 District 1 title before finishing as state runners-up by contributing 58 tackles, 22.0 tackles for loss, 16.0 sacks, 30 quarterback hurries and two fumble recoveries, while also scoring two points on one safety over nine games in a season shortened by COVID-19.
- First-team All-District 6A-Region 5 and also the region’s Defensive Newcomer of the Year as a 2019 sophomore when he totaled 42 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, 3.0 sacks (-15 yards), 14 quarterback hurries and one forced fumble in 10 games played.
