-On engineering scholarship, majoring in industrial engineering and operations research with aspirations to get her masters in industrial engineering
-Mother, Sandra, is a tenured professor (biology) at Skyline College and UC Berkeley Extension
-Father, Don, played football at Cal during his freshman and sophomore years
High School:
-Earned first-team all-conference and second-team all-league honors her senior year
-Posted a .700 batting average in the postseason as Lowell won the conference championship with an 18-2 record in league
-Named team MVP and captain her senior year as well
-Garnered second-team all-conference honors as a junior and was the Rookie of the Year in the league as a freshman
-Also ran cross country.

"I have dreamed of attending the University of California since I was a child. Most of my family attended Cal, so Blue and Gold has run in my veins since I was born."
