2025: First-Team All-ACC (shot put)… ended the year as the ACC’s third-ranked shot putter… appeared in six outdoor meets for the Bears… posted the 10th-best shot put mark in program history at the NCAA West Regional (18.69m/61-4)… took third in the shot put at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 18.21m (59-9)… recorded a shot put mark of 18.25m (59-10.5) at The 130th Big Meet… threw the discus 51.07m (167-7) at the Mt. SAC Relays… at the Hornet Invitational, threw the discus 50.21m (164-9).

2024 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets… reached the NCAA West Preliminary in the shot put, where he posted a mark of 17.73m (58-2)… scored for Cal in both the shot put (18.28/59-11.75) and discus (52.26m/171-5) at the Pac-12 Championships… won the discus competition at the 129th Big Meet with a personal-best throw of 53.85m (176-8)… placed second in the shot put at the Stanford Invitational with a PR of 18.43m (60-5.75).

2024 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for the Bears… posted the 10th-farthest shot put mark in indoor program history at the Ken Shannon Invitational, recording a best throw of 18.12m (59-5.5)… at the Don Kirby Invitational, posted a mark of 17.77m (58-3.75) in the shot put.

2023: Won bronze in the shot put at the USATF U20 Championships with a mark of 18.93m (62-1.25) and also threw the discus 52.53m (172-4)… did not compete in a Cal uniform… threw the discus 50.95m (167-2) and the shot put 16.39m (53-9.25) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Took third in both the shot put and the discus throw at the 2022 Nike Outdoor Nationals after reaching the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State Finals in each… 2022 CIF-Central Section Masters champion in both shot put and discus… 2021 CIF-CS shot put champion.
