Cal Family - Feature

As a Senior (2021):
• Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll
• Went 3-5 while playing at the No. 3, 4 and 5 pairs
• Won the deciding match in a three-set thriller vs. UC Davis to ensure Cal defeated the Aggies as she teamed with Grace Paulson in her collegiate beach debut
• Teamed with Maddie Sundholm to defeat Oregon's No. 4 pair and teamed with Paulson to defeat San Jose State's No. 4 pair. 

At Arizona on the Indoor Volleyball Team:
As a Junior (2019):
• Recorded 307 kills with a 2.87 kills per set average, both the second-best on the team at Arizona
• Tallied a season-high 19 kills three different times
• Registered double-digit kills 18 times
• Totaled 535 kills in three-year career with Wildcats.

As a Sophomore (2018):
• Set a career-high with 22 kills in a five-set victory over Washington State on Nov. 11, 2018
• Recorded 157 kills on the season.

As a Freshman (2017):
• Began career with 71 kills in her debut season at UA.

Personal: 
• Daughter of Paul and Lisa Smoot
• Born in Berkeley, California
• Has two brothers, Paul and Mikey, and one sister, Krissy, a thrower on the Cal track & field team.
