Biography

At Cal (2023-24): Appeared in four events during her first fall season at Cal, contributing to the Bears' program record-setting total at the Molly Invitational and earning a 2&1 win over Stanford at the Big Match ... Recorded four rounds of par or better, capping the fall season with a 5-under-par 66 that was one stroke shy of the program record ... Ended the fall with the third-lowest scoring average (72.3) on the team

At OSU (2020-23)
• As a freshman in 2020-21, was named to the WGCA Honorable Mention All-America and All-Big 12 Championship Teams, as well as Big 12 Freshman of the Year; set a program record for par-5 scoring (4.66); ended the year ranked nationally at No. 24 overall; won the ICON Invitational with a (-14) 202, including back-to-back rounds of 66; and finished top-15 at the NCAA Championships
• During her sophomore season, Tatematsu earned her second career victory at the East Lake Cup shooting a 67 (-5); recorded three top-10 finishes in nine total tournaments; tied her career-best 18-hole score with another 66 at the Schooner Fall Classic; competed in the prestigious Augusta National Women's Amateur and as an amateur in the Honda LPGA Thailand
• Competed in four tournaments in the fall of 2022 as a junior; Her best finish landed her in a tie for 11th at the Jim West Invitational with a score of (E) 214; Tied her career-best 18-hole royund with the fourth 66 of her career at the Schooner Fall Classic

Before OSU: Participated as an amateur in nine pro events throughout Asia over her final two seasons prior to joining the Cowgirls ...
