Biography
Senior (2026):
- Rowed in the Cal Gold eight that swept its races at the California Challenge Cup and lifted the Steve Guentz trophy.
- Rowed in the 2V4+ that finished in second place in the Women’s Collegiate B4+ final at the San Diego Crew Classic.
- Rowed in the 4V8+ at the Washington dual.
- Rowed in the 3V8+ at the Big Ten Invitational.
- Rowed in the 3V8+ against Stanford at the Big Row.
Junior (2025):
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that defeated the UC Irvine and UCSB V8+ at the California Challenge Cup.
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that defeated Washington in the dual against the Huskies.
Sophomore (2024):
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that defeated the UCSB V8+ and UC Irvine V8+ at the California Challenge Cup.
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that defeated No. 7 Washington to reclaim the Simpson Cup in the Washington dual.
- Rowed in the 3V8+ in the Big Row against Stanford.
- Rowed in the 3V8+ that finished second at the Pac-12 Championships to help the team finish second overall – its highest finish since 2018.
Freshman (2023):
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that defeated the Cardinal in the Big Row.
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that defeated the Huskies at the Washington dual.
- Rowed in the 3V8+ at the Pac-12 Challenge.
- Rowed in the 4V8+ that placed second at the Pac-12 Championships.
High School/Club: Competed for the Sammamish Rowing Association…also competed in cross country and volleyball
Personal: Parents are Claire Waterhouse and Douglas Barrancotto…has a brother Joe…hobbies include paddleboarding, concert and card games
