Biography
California
- Completed her career as Cal's school-record holder in the 100 breast with a time of 58.45 from her runner-up finish in the event at the 2021 Pac-12 Championships
- In addition, ranks second in Cal history in the 200 breast (2:07.16) and a member of the school-record 400 medley relay
- Posted a 2021-22 season team-best 59.72 in the 100 breast in a dual meet vs. Virginia
- Placed 29th in the 100 breast (1:00.03) and 47th in the 200 breast (2:11.94) at the 2022 NCAA Championships
- Scored in three individual events at the 2022 Pac-12 meet, finishing 18th in the 200 IM (1:59.04), eighth in the 100 breast (59.92) and ninth in the 200 breast (2:11.98). In addition, helped the 200 medley relay to a runner-up finish and the 400 medley relay to third place
- Added a second-place finish in the 200 breast (2:07.19) and 10th-place finish in the 200 IM (1:58.93), as well as conference titles in the 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay, at the 2021 Pac-12 meet
- Took 14th in the 100 breast (59.17) and 28th in the 200 breast (2:09.87) and was on the fourth-place 200 medley relay at the 2021 NCAA Championships
- Set Cal dual-meet records in both breaststroke events during the 2020-21 season - 100 breast (58.79 vs. USC)) and 200 breast (2:07.16 at Stanford)
- Qualified for the 2020 NCAA meet in both breaststroke events with 2019-20 season-best times at the Minnesota Invitational - 59.31 in the 100 breast and 2:08.23 in the 200 breast
- At the 2020 Pac-12 Championships, placed fourth in the 100 breast (59.92), 10th in the 200 breast (2:11.37) and 34th in the 200 IM (2:03.24). Also helped Cal to a win in the 400 medley relay and a runner-up finish in the 200 medley relay
- Reached the A final of the 100 breast at the 2019 NCAA Championships after setting a school record with a time of 58.97 in prelims. Later finished eighth in the final (59.43) and also placed 33rd in the 200 breast (2:10.68).
- Handled the breaststroke leg for Cal’s NCAA champion 400 medley relay, as well as on the second-place 200 medley relay
- Won the B final in the 100 breast (59.68) and 200 breast (2:10.47) at the 2019 Pac-12 Championships. Also was 21st in the 200 IM (1:58.57) and swam the breaststroke leg on Cal’s winning 200 and 400 medley relays.
- Named Cal’s Most Improved Swimmer for the 2018-19 season
- Chosen a CSCAA Scholar All-American in 2020
Olympics
- Represented Croatia at the Tokyo Olympics, placing 33rd in 100m breast (1:10.02) and 45th in the 50m free (26.49)
International
- A member of the Croatian National team since 2019 and attended the World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea
- Owns the Croatian records in the 50m and 100m breaststroke
- Represented Croatia at the 2021 European Championships in Budapest, where she lowered her Croatian 50m breast record twice on her way to the semifinals
High School
- Posted best high-school times of 1:00.65 in the 100 breast, 2:14.12 in the 200 breast and 2:00.23 in the 200 IM
- Represented the United States at the 2018 Mel Zajac International meet in Vancouver
- A four-time NISCA All-American and a four-time member of the NISCA Scholar team (gold)
- Named team MVP four times, was a four-time state champion and was her school’s Athlete of the Year
- Set state records in the 100 breast and 200 IM
- Competed for Champaign County YMCA Heat
