Club Ball:

  • Traveled with the U.S. squad to South Africa in December for Junior Worlds where they won the gold medal
  • Named the 2011 USA Softball Junior Player of the Year
  • In 2011 with the Lady Magic, she hit .476 and took seventh at nationals
  • Won a gold medal with the Americans at the Pan-American games in 2010 in Bogota, Columbia
  • In 2009, her ASA team took third at the Champions Cup and 24th at ASA Gold Nationals -Won the Independence Day 16U Championship and national championship in 2008

  • Says her mother is her personal hero
  • Considering a media studies major
  • Almost committed to UCLA, but a trip to the Cal campus sealed the deal
  • Has been a Cal fan since 2002


Can't Keep Her Down:
Cheyenne was always told that she would never play softball at a Pac-12 college. Instead of accepting this as truth, she turned it into part of her motivation.

The Next Erin Andrews:
After graduating, Cheyenne hopes to continue playing for the national team. Her ultimate goal is to be an ESPN sports anchor.
