Why did you choose Cal?
I chose Cal because I felt it had the balance of athletics, academics and social life that appealed to me more than all the other schools.
What do you hope to gain from your four years at Cal?
I hope to get a world-class education here that will translate into a career, as well as benefit from a world-class training program that will help me excel in and out of the pool.
What do you think makes Cal different than any other school?
Cal is different than any other school because it offers an extremely diverse experience in an educational, social, and ideological sense.
What are your swimming goals for this year and for the rest of your college swimming career?
This year I hope to qualify for NCAAs. Before I leave I want to see Cal with another national title.
