– Compiled three-year varsity totals of 156 tackles, 37.5 tackles for loss, 17.5 sacks (-100 yards), 29 quarterback hurries, one interception that he returned for 36 yards and a touchdown, four passes deflected, one fumble recovery that he returned five yards, two forced fumbles and one blocked kick
– Racked up the honors as a 2018 senior when he earned first-team 6A Conference All-State, All-District and All-Desert Valley Region honors while also winning a Brandon Burlsworth award, being a nominee for Arizona’s Ed Doherty Award given to the state’s best player and named his school’s Most Valuable Player after registering 68 tackles, 18.0 tackles for loss, 8.0 sacks, 14 quarterback hurries, three passes deflected and one fumble recovery on defense in addition to two touchdown receptions on offense
– Also had a strong season as a sophomore when he had 70 tackles, 9.0 sacks, five passes deflected and one interception that he ran back for a touchdown
