Biography

CALIFORNIA SUCCESS

 

  • Ended her Cal career ranked fourth in school history in the 100-yard breast (1:00.34) and 10th in the 200 breast (2:13.49)

  • At the 2014 Pac-12 Championships, was a member of the 200 medley relay that placed second; also 10th in the 100 breast (1:01.50) and took 17th in the 200 breast (2:13.78)

  • Placed 16th in the 100-yard breast at the 2013 Pac-12 Championships with a time of 1:02.42, while she took 25th in the 200 breast (2:18.03) and 27th in the 200 IM 2:03.13

  • At the 2012 NCAA meet, placed 19th in the 100 breast in 1:00.34 and 46th in the 200 breast in 2:14.20

  • Took 10th in the 100 breast at the 2012 Pac-12 Championships with a time of 1:01.35; also 16th in the 200 breast (2:16.89) and 37th in the 200 IM (2:06.60)

NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL SUCCESS

 

  • Captured a bronze medal as a member of the Hong Kong 4x100m medley relay at the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea

  • Represented Hong Kong in the 2013 World Championships, placing 33rd in the 100m breast with a time of 1:10.37 and 35th in the 50 breast (32.56); also part of Hong Kong’s 400 medley relay that was 17th in 4:11.76

  • At the 2013 World University Games, took 34th in the 50m fly in 29.24

  • Reached the final in both the 50 and 100 breast at the 2013 East Asian Games

  • Holds all Hong Kong records in long-course and short-course breaststroke events

  • Ranked 22nd in the world in the short-course 100m breaststroke during the 2009-10 season

  • At the 2009 East Asian Games, won a silver medal in the 800m free relay with Hong Kong teammates Stephanie Au, a current Cal teammate, and Hannah Wilson, a former Bear

  • Captured a bronze medal in the 100m breast in the 2009 Asian Swimming Championships
