Biography

High School: Has a personal-best high jump mark of 6-6, which ranked second in Palo Alto High School history...recorded that mark at the 2008 CCS Championships, at which he placed fourth...also a member of the fourth-place 4x100-meter relay for Palo Alto at the 2008 CCS meet...was ninth in the high jump in the California state meet...the 6-6 Powell was a four-year varsity basketball player for Palo Alto.

 

Personal: Born on Dec. 11, 1989, in Vallejo, Calif....mother is Melody Jeanne Powell...undeclared major.
