Recap| Final Stats

General Comments:
"I give Oregon State a lot of credit. They came out tonight and played well. (Oregon State head coach Jay John's) got them playing good defense. I was a little disappointed in that we didn't sustain our effort for a full 40-minutes tonight. Our movement wasn't as good as it needed to be. That's hard to do in back-to-back Thursday night, Saturday night games, but it's something you've got to do. They (Oregon State) hit a few threes late in the game to make it more exciting that we needed it to be, but fortunately, we hit some free throws at the end to pull out the win."

On the play of senior forward Joe Shipp:
"We were very fortunate that Joe stepped up tonight. He really hit some big shots for us tonight. The team recognized that he was hot and we tried to get him even more shots. That was a positive I thought."
