CAL: Romer is a fifth-year senior at Cal...as a JUNIOR in 2001-02, spent a year studying abroad...as a SOPHOMORE in 2000-01, participated in four competitions, twice as an individual...her best finish was a tie for eighth at the Bay Area Classic with a 36-hole career best of 155 and an 18-hole collegiate best of 77...earned honorable mention Academic All-Pac-10 honors...participated in the Pac-10 All-Star tour of Asia during the summer of 2000...also over that summer, won the Santa Cruz Women's Amateur (73-77)...as a REDSHIRT FRESHMAN in 1999-00, earned honorable mention Academic All-Pac-10 honors...competed in the Oregon Invitational and the Bay Area Classic...in her first tournament for the Bears, tied for 45th (168) at Oregon...tied for 29th at the Bay Area Classic...over the summer of 1999, finished 20th at the Players West event at Paradise Valley, CA...in 1998-99, was one of nine players who qualified for Cal's varsity squad.
