CAL: Chung is in her second season at Cal after competing for two seasons at Mt. SAC in Walnut, CA...competed as an individual at the Bay Area Classic in the spring of 2002.
MT. SAC: Two-time All-South Conference and all-regional selection...named to the all-state team as a sophomore...helped lead the school to the 1999 and 2000 California State Junior College Championship with undefeated records each year...coached by Stan Gonta, the 1999 and 2000 South Coast Conference Coach of the Year.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Brighton HS in Salt Lake City, UT.
PERSONAL: Born Dec. 9, 1980...parents are Hwa Young and Kyung Hee Chung...has a sister, Yunjung...speaks fluent Korean and Chinese...psychology major.
