  • With Stanford's 69-59 win, Cal still leads the all-time series, 146-119.
  • Dwight Tarwater set a season high with 8 rebounds. His career high is 13 against Siena, which came when he played for Cornell. Tarwater also contributed 8 points against the Cardinal (3-3 FG, 2-2 3P).
  • Jabari Bird sank a three-pointer with 6:43 left in the first half – his first points since Nov. 30 vs. Fresno State. He finished with 8 points on the night. He is in his second game back after missing 10 contests with an injured foot.
  • Cal's bench contributed 22 points – Jabari Bird (8), Dwight Tarwater (8), Christian Behrens (4) and Sam Singer (2).
  • With 11 points, David Kravish moved into a tie for 33rd on Cal's all-time scoring list, now with 1,086 points. On Wednesday, he passed Ed Gray (1,082, 1996-97) and matched Ryan Drew (1,086, 1988-91).
  • Kravish added 3 blocks to move closer to Cal's career record, now with 206. He trails only all-time leader Michael Stewart (207, 1994-97).
  • Jordan Mathews chipped in 10 points. In five Pac-12 games this season, he is averaging 21.0 ppg.
  • Cal led, 31-26, at the half to snap a string of six consecutive games the Bears trailed at the break.
  • Three former Cal conference players of the year attended the game – Jorge Gutierrez, Jerome Randle and Sean Lampley.
