FEDERAL WAY, Wash. - Adding another individual title as well as a relay victory led to freshman Andrew Seliskar being named Swimmer of the Meet at his first Pac-12 Championships and the Cal men's swimming team closed the conference championships with more success at Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center.

Seliskar's meet-ending award wasn't in question given the performances he put forward throughout the week. He entered Saturday's final day with two individual championships and two relay wins already in his pocket, and he had another shot at adding individual gold in the 200-yard butterfly. He dueled to the end with Arizona sophomore Justin Wright and held off a late charge to touch the wall first in a time of 1:41.53. Wright finished in 1:41.76 while Cal's Long Gutierrez placed third.

The final event of the meet was where Seliskar and his teammates added one more notch to their belts. Justin Lynch jumped in first for the 400 freestyle relay and gave the Bears a lead that Kyle Coan, Seliskar and Gutierrez never gave back as Cal won in a time of 2:51.47 to edge Stanford by 17-hundreths of a second. The win is Cal's first in the event since 2012.

Several other Bears competed in A finals on Saturday, with Hunter Cobleigh swimming a season-best 1:55.34 to place fourth in the 200 breaststroke. Nick Norman led the team in the 1,650 freestyle with a seventh-place finish, Connor Green also finished seventh in the 200 backstroke, Lynch placed fifth in the 100 freestyle and Matt Whittle landed sixth in the 200 breast.

Next up for the Bears is a trip to Atlanta, Ga. for the season-ending NCAA Championships. Georgia Tech will host the event from March 23-26 at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center.
