BERKELEY - The California men's tennis Pac-12 Conference clash with UCLA was rained out Friday at the Hellman Tennis Complex, with no word yet on rescheduling the match.

The match was slated to start at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, with the Pac-12 Networks set to broadcast what looked to be a good matchup between the No. 12/13 Golden Bears and the No. 10/10 Bruins. The Bears won the two teams' first match of the season, 4-3, at the ITA National Men's Team Indoor Championship in February.

After rain initially pushed the start time back to 2:45 p.m., the teams began warming up around 2:15. But rain returned to scuttle Friday's match for good.

Cal is back at Hellman on Saturday when the Bears host USC at 1 p.m.
