EUGENE, Ore. - In the final day of the NCAA Championships from the Oregon campus in Eugene, Ore., California's final competitor Ashley Anderson placed 19th in the triple jump. 

Anderson finished with a mark of 42-6.25, 12.96m. Her PR is 43-3.75 (13.20m).

"Ashley had two fouls and a solid 42-6, but with the very best collegiate jumpers, qualifying is difficult," director of track & field Tony Sandoval said. "Given that she's a junior and a very consistent indoor and outdoor competitor, she'll use this experience to get into the final nine jumpers next year."
