California caps off a series with the Oregon schools on Saturday when the Golden Bears play host to Oregon State. The Bears and Beavers tip off from Haas Pavilion at 5 p.m., broadcasting live on the Pac-12 Network and on KGO 810 AM.

California's youth movement has not been enough to snap the Bears out of a nine-game losing skid, but the Bears are looking for a lift against the 10th-place Beavers with rookie Justice Sueing leading the charge. Sueing has been one of the conference's most impressive freshmen and is currently riding a 10-game double-figure scoring streak with double-digit production in every game of Pac-12 play. On the defensive end, he ranks second among Pac-12 freshmen in steals (15), and is averaging 6.8 rebounds in league play.

Marcus Lee (13.0 points) and Don Coleman (10.8) are also scoring in double figures for the Bears, and Cal is also looking to capitalize on frosh Darius McNeill's wide-ranging contributions. McNeill is up to fifth among Cal freshmen in three-pointers made with 46 -- 16 away from tying Allen Crabbe's 2011 record of 62.

Oregon State is in the midst of a three-game losing streak, with Stanford handing the Beavs an 80-71 loss most recently on Thursday. The Beavers are led by Tres Tinkle's 17.6 points per game in Pac-12 play, alongside Stephen Thompson Jr.'s 15.6 points and Drew Eubanks' 10. The trio, as well as Ethan Thompson and Seth Berger, have started every conference game for the Beavers.
