Cal vs. No. 4 UCLA
California women's gymnastics continues a two-meet homestand when fourth-ranked UCLA comes to Berkeley Saturday. The meet is slated to begin at 11:30 a.m. from Haas Pavilion and televised live on the Pac-12 Networks.Â
Saturday's meet is Cal's annual "Powerful in Pink" meet, dedicated to honor those who have been affected by breast cancer and raise breast cancer awareness. Cal will debut all-new pink-themed leos, and auction off an authentic leotard from previous seasons to raise money for the fight against breast cancer.
California comes off an impressive performance against No. 19 Arizona, where the Bears took three individual event titles and snapped a three-meet losing streak with improved mental focus and a six-for-six showing on the uneven bars. Â Led by four career-high performances and
Toni-Ann Williams' 9.95, the Bears notched the program's fourth-highest floor total while also outscoring the Wildcats on vault and beam.
Cassidy Keelen tallied career-highs in both her events, Â and
Arianna Robinson matched season and career-bests in her events on her way to her first vault title of the season.

Arianna Robinson won the vault title with her 9.90 performance, her first event title of the season. Robinson performs a unique front-entry Piked Illg vault, and has hit her vault in all five meets of the season. The Bears moved up four spots in the national rankings, now 15th in the nation on the event.

The Bears' first home meet of the season saw season-best scores to top No. 19 Arizona 195.950-194.425.
• The Bears once again put up their highest floor total of the season, notching the fourth-best score in program history with a 49.400.

Toni-Ann Williams' 2017 season may have ended with an Achilles injury, but the Olympian has come back stronger than ever to lead the 2018 Golden Bears. She owns a team-high event titles and is ranked in the top 50 on both vault (45th) and floor (21st). With her 9.975 performance on floor at Arizona State, she matched her career-best score on the event and won the individual title, while matching the top floor score in school history. Williams won three event titles in back-to-back weeks at Washington and Arizona State. In the last two meets. she has scored a 9.95 or better on floor.
RANKED ON THE ROAD TO NATIONALS
The Golden Bears opened 2018 at No. 11 in the Road to Nationals preseason coaches poll, the program's second-highest ranking in school history. Cal's No. 11 ranking was just one spot behind last season's best-ever No. 10 ranking.

Cal is set to face four opponents ranked in the Road to Nationals preseason top 25 this season, and nearly every single program the Bears will face this season is ranked or received votes in the preseason poll, including two top-three programs in Utah (No. 5) and UCLA (6), and seven top 30 programs, including Washington (15), Stanford (18), Arizona (26), Minnesota (27) and Central Michigan (30).
