The Golden Bears get back on the road this week to face a pair of programs in the Evergreen State, starting with the Washington State Cougars on Thursday in Pullman. The action gets underway from Beasley Coliseum at 7 p.m., live on the Pac-12 Networks.

Four Golden Bears are scoring in double figures in conference play, led by Justice Sueing's 17.0 points per game. Sueing is coming off a career-high 27 points against Arizona and has seen success in two previous outings against the Cougars after averaging 19.5 ppg against them last season. Darius McNeill is averaging 14.0 points with 10 three-pointers in four games, and Matt Bradley has 13.0 ppg. The Bears will be bolstered by the return of point guard Paris Austin, who missed two games after suffering an ankle sprain in the first weekend of league play. He returned to action against Arizona, scoring 8 points with 2 assists in his comeback effort.

California is looking for its first conference win since Feb. 3, 2018 (vs. Oregon State, 74-70), and first Pac-12 road win since Dec. 30, 2017 (vs. Stanford, 77-74). Both Cal and Washington State are winless in league play this season, with the Cougs falling to rival Washington, Colorado and Utah to start off 2019.

19.5 -- In his two career games against Washington State, Justice Sueing averaged 19.5 points. He scored 14 at Washington State last January, then added 25 in Berkeley against the Cougs in February.

5 -- In his five appearances since Dec. 15, Connor Vanover has logged at least 7 points in each game. He set a then career-high 7 in 11 minutes against Cal Poly, and upped it to 10 points against both USC and UCLA. He turned in 7-point games against both ASU and Arizona.
