Cal Hosts USC, UCLA At Hellman
BERKELEY – California men's tennis gets back to its Pac-12 Conference schedule when the 43rd-ranked Golden Bears host No. 11/15 USC on Friday at 5 p.m. and No. 13/17 UCLA on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Hellman Tennis Complex.

The Bears have a 9-7 record (2-0 in the Pac-12), while the Trojans are 11-6 (1-0 Pac-12) and the Bruins are 7-4 (1-0 Pac-12).

Cal played the Los Angeles schools in nonconference action in L.A. earlier this year, with the Bears losing, 4-2, at UCLA on Feb. 8 and winning, 4-3, at USC on Feb. 9.

Bjorn Hoffmann wrapping up the afternoon match against the Gaels. Barretto clinched against Nevada with a 6-1, 7-5 victory over Gvidas Motuzas, while Hoffmann ended Cal's long day with a 7-5, 6-1 triumph over Matis Bot of Saint Mary's.

Cal was ranked 43rd in last week's Oracle ITA poll, with the new poll coming out on Tuesday. Also on last week, the duo of sophomore

- UCLA hosts LMU on Tuesday and plays at Stanford on Friday
