California men's basketball closes out its regular-season series against Washington State Wednesday with a chance to sweep the Cougars. The action begins at 7 p.m. from Beasley Coliseum in Pullman, Wash. and live on the Pac-12 Networks.
The Golden Bears defeated Wazzu earlier this season, 73-66, at home in Haas Pavilion on Jan. 9 for the team's first Pac-12 win of the season. Cal has a chance to sweep the Cougars in a two-game series for the first time since 2013-14. The Bears took the series win over the Cougs in both 2015-16 and 2016-17, but the teams met just once in each of those seasons.
Though Cal is coming off an 0-2 weekend against the Arizona programs, Cal scored 75 points in its loss to ASU -- its best offensive output since Dec. 14 against Saint Mary's.
Matt Bradley notched his ninth 20-point outing of the season,
Paris Austin poured in a season-high 17 points and
Grant Anticevich's 18 points were his most in Pac-12 play.
