The Cal women's water polo program will designate a locker at Legends Aquatic Center to honor former Golden Bear Brigitte Donner Daws, who passed away earlier this month with her unborn child.

The program recently started the Brigitte Donner Daws Memorial Locker fundraiser, with the goal of raising $5,000. To make a donation to the project, click here.

"Brigitte's memorial locker will be a testimony to the impact she had on her family, teammates and our Cal water polo community," Cal head coach Coralie Simmons said. "Her contagious laughter and vibrant spirit will carry on in the Legends locker room for generations to come."

Donner played at Cal from 1998-2002.
