BERKELEY – California will head north to face Washington State at 7:30 p.m. PT on Thursday, Feb. 18 at Beasley Coliseum in Pullman, Wash. The contest will be televised on the Pac-12 Network with Greg Heister and PJ Carlesimo on the call.
 
The Golden Bears (8-15, 3-13 Pac-12) are looking to avenge an 11-point home loss to Washington State on Jan. 7 while continuing to build momentum off of their 71-62 victory against Colorado last Saturday.
 
The Cougars (12-10, 5-10 Pac-12) have already played once this week, falling to rival Washington, 65-63, on Monday in Pullman.

• Cal was victorious in its trip to Pullman last season, defeating the Cougars, 66-57, on Feb. 19, 2020 behind three double-figure scorers (Paris Austin, 19; Andre Kelly, 16; Matt Bradley, 11).

• The Bears had a different look in their 71-60 loss to Washington State on Jan. 7 in Berkeley. Bradley (ankle) did not play in the contest and Grant Anticevich was playing in his first game since Dec. 13 after recovering from an emergency appendectomy.
• Andre Kelly continues to score at an efficient rate, ranking fourth in the Pac-12 in overall field goal percentage (61.6) and third in field goal percentage vs. conference foes (61.6). He scored 17 points on 6-of-8 shooting against Utah last Thursday.
• Freshman Jalen Celestine made an impact in the Feb. 13 win against Colorado, scoring a career-high 13 points while knocking down a trio of 3-pointers. Celestine was making his second straight start and logged 33 minutes played in the win.
• Cal tied a season low with only seven turnovers committed in the win over Colorado last Saturday.
