Cal Women's Gymnastics Announces 2023 Schedule

Slate Features Five Home Dates At Haas Pavilion

The 2023 Cal women's gymnastics schedule was announced Thursday, and the Golden Bears will compete against their usual gauntlet of Pac-12 opponents and at least 12 teams who competed in last season's NCAA Championships.

The Bears open the season Jan. 7 in a soon-to-be announced meet before traveling to West Valley, UT, for the Wasatch Classic featuring Cal, Oregon State, Iowa and Pittsburgh. The Bears' first home meet will take place Jan. 28 against Stanford.

Cal has five home dates overall on the schedule. After hosting Stanford, the Bears stay at home the following weekend to entertain Arizona State (Feb. 4). Cal also hosts UCLA on Feb. 18.

The Bears welcome Ohio State, Utah State and Stanford to Haas Pavilion on March 10 before closing out the regular season two days later at home against Arizona, Sacramento State and UC Davis.

Cal will appear on the Pac-12 Networks five times throughout the season. The Pac-12 Championships are March 18 in West Valley, UT, and the NCAA Championships are April 13-15 in Forth Worth, Texas.

Cal returns All-Americans Nevaeh DeSouza and Andi Li this season while welcoming in a talented group of newcomers class to its 2023 squad, including U.S. National Team member eMjae Frazier, who competed in the 2021 World Championships. The Bears have advanced to the NCAA Regionals for 10 consecutive seasons and placed second at last year's Pac-12 Championships, tying a program record.
