Du Paces Cal Through 36 Holes At Pac-12 Championships
Golden Bear Is Tied For Seventh To Lead Cal
STANFORD â Aaron Du's first-round 63 highlighted the California men's golf team's first 36 holes played at the Pac-12 Championships on Friday at Stanford Golf Course. The Golden Bears are in eighth place as a team at 4-over par (351-353 â 704) with another 36 holes remaining over the next two days.

Du (-5, 135) tallied seven birdies throughout the first round, including six across the final 12 holes. The junior was tied for third after 18 holes before falling back into a tie for seventh at the end of the day with a second-round 71.
Sampson Zheng (E) shot a 2-under 68 in the second round to climb 18 spots into a tie for 28th.
Simon Kwon (+3),
Daniel Heo (+4) and
Jeewon Park (+4) are in ties for 43rd and 47th, respectively.

Fourth-ranked Arizona State (-24) is in front of the field while Colorado (-20) and Washington (-14) round out the top three.
