California men's gymnastics announced its complete 2025 schedule Tuesday, which includes five regular-season meetings with cross-bay rival Stanford as well as two home competitions.

The Golden Bears will make their season debut at Haas Pavilion on Jan. 13, hosting the reigning national champion Cardinal. They will then wait until Feb. 28 to have their second meet at home (a tri-meet with Oklahoma and Nebraska), which will also be Cal's Senior Day.

The Bears are set to appear at Stanford's Burnham Pavilion four times this season, first on Jan. 25 at the Stanford Open followed by The Big Flip Off on Feb. 2, the Stanford International Collegiate Open on March 8 and a tri-meet with Stanford and Air Force on March 15 to close out the regular season. The Bears will travel to the Air Force Academy in Colorado twice – first for a dual meet on Feb. 8 and then for the MPSF Championships on April 5.

Should Cal qualify for the NCAA Championships, it will travel to Ann Arbor, Michigan, on April 18-19 to meet the nation's top squads.

Last year, Cal posted its best team score of the year at the NCAA Championships and qualified 10 individuals to the finals, where then-senior Aidan Li – who has returned for his final year of eligibility in 2025 – tied for seventh place on pommel horse to become the Bears' first All-American since 2021. In addition to Li, five of Cal's finals qualifiers return to the squad, hoping to contribute to another successful season; Cal also reloaded with one graduate transfer and seven freshmen after the departure of nine seniors from the 2024 roster.

"This year is about renewal," head coach JT Okada said. "The NCAA has implemented a new set of rules and a new scoring system this year, and we also have a lot of newcomers. We have the opportunity to renew what 'Cal men's gymnastics' means, with the young team that we have – that's what excites me most about this season."
