7 Men’s Gymnasts Named MPSF All-Academic

Aidan Li Leads With 4 Career Honors

Seven members of the California men's gymnastics team were named to the MPSF All-Academic Team on Friday.
 
To be eligible, student-athletes must maintain a GPA of 3.00 or higher, be at least an academic sophomore, have attended their institution for at least one full academic year prior to the current season and have competed in at least 50% of the team's competitions this year.
 
All seven of Cal's honorees have earned MPSF All-Academic status in each year of eligibility. Aidan Li leads the group with four career honors, while Tyler Shimizu and Theodor Roald Gadderud now have three apiece, and Khalen Curry earned his second consecutive nod. Carter Kim, Harry Kim and Tucker Yasunaga make up the team's first-time recipients of the award.
