Cal Women’s Swim & Dive Unveils 2025-26 Schedule

Bears Set For Second ACC Campaign

The California women's swimming & diving team announced its 2025-26 schedule Tuesday as it gets set to begin its second Atlantic Coast Conference campaign.

The new season begins the same way last year's did, with a trip to La Jolla for the two-day Triton Invitational from Oct. 10-11, which features host UC San Diego, Hawaii, UC Santa Barbara, and Stanford.

The Golden Bears will open up Spieker Aquatics Complex on Oct. 25 for its home-opening tri-meet with Stanford and Arizona State. It will be the second day of a two-day contest that begins on The Farm. Cal will then wrap up 2025 at the Minnesota Invitational where Mary-Ambre Moluh broke the program's all-time 100-yard backstroke record as a freshman last year.

Both the ACC Championships (Feb. 15-21) and the NCAA Championships (March 18-21) will be held in Atlanta at Georgia Tech this year, giving Cal a chance to preview the pool it will be going for its fifth national title in come March.

The NCAA Zone Diving Championships are scheduled for March 9-11 at Northern Arizona.

Several key members of last year's team will be back in the pool this season including Moluh and senior Lilou Ressencourt, who both represented host France at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Moluh notched three total program top-10 marks and Ressencourt achieved a pair of her own. San Francisco Bay Area native and U.S. National Team member Abby Herscu also returns for senior season after etching her name into Cal's 100-yard and 200-yard breaststroke top 10 lists last year.

In addition to a great group of returners, the Bears will also be bringing in a generational recruiting class that features three of the top five and five of the top 20 recruits according to SwimSwam. Freshmen Teagan O'Dell (No. 2) and Claire Weinstein (No. 3), who were both named to the 2025-25 U.S. National Team roster last month, top the list. Weinstein is an Olympic medalist who took home silver in the 800m freestyle relay in Paris and O'Dell is a three-time World Junior Championships medalist, earning two golds and a silver in 2023.
