2019: Recorded a season-best mark in the 200m with a time of 22.34 at the MPSF Championship… Competed in two meets during the outdoor season… Won the 400m Hurdles at the Cal Opener with a time of 54.52. 

2018: Set a season-best in the 400m hurdles at the Big Meet with a time of 53.04... Place in the top four in the 400m hurdles on three occasions in 2018... Set a personal best in the 400m at the MPSF Indoor Championship with a time of 48.13 as he placed eighth in school history in the indoor 400m.

2017: Took fourth at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 51.76 in the 400m hurdles... Placed 26th in the NCAA West Prelims after posting a time of 52.05 in the 400m hurdles... Ranked 28th in the NCAA in the 400m hurdles with a season-best time of 51.01... Took first at the Brutus Hamilton Open and The Big Meet in the 400m hurdles... Won the 200m competition at the Brutus Hamilton Open with a time of 21.76.

2016: Qualified for NCAA regionals in the 400m hurdles … finished fifth in the 400m hurdles at the Pac-12 Championships (52.23) after running a PR 52.10 in prelims … won the 400m hurdles at Sac State Open, Payton Jordan Invitational and Brutus Hamilton Open … fourth in the event at the Big Meet.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended San Juan Hills HS in San Juan Capistrano...PRs include a 37.00 in the 300 hurdles and a 14.60 in the 110 hurdles...named San Juan HS Athlete of the Year...holds school records in the 110 and 300 hurdles...won the CIF Division II and Masters championship in 2015...member of National Honors Society

PERSONAL: Majoring in sociology...Parents are Tim and Sheri...has one older brother, Chase, that attended Cal...Hobbies include surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding
