TRACK & FIELD
2021: Competed in six outdoor meets… ran the 3k steeplechase in 10:22.12 at the NCAA Division I West Regional… posted the Pac-12’s sixth-best 3k steeplechase mark of the season with her time of 10:16.45 at the Pac-12 Track and Field Championships… took first place in the 1500m run with her personal-best time of 4:24.41 at the Aztec Invitational… U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic… made the 2021 Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2020: Started off the 2020 indoor season by competing in two events at the UW Invitational… Set a personal best with a time of 9:33.59 in the women’s 3,000-meters…Was a part of the women’s distance medley relay that posted the top time of the day crossing the line in 11:39.64…Competed in the MPSF Championship… Finished 12^th in the 3000-meters crossing the line in 9:37.64… Ran the distance medley that placed fifth with a time of 11:26.04.

2019: Finished 21st in the 3000m Steeplechase at the NCAA West Regional where she broke the Cal school record with a time of 10:10.36… Took fourth at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 10:17.48 in the steeplechase… Set a Cal record in the 2000m steeplechase with a time of 6:51.10 at the Cal Opener… Recorded a 12th place finish in the mile at the MPSF Championships with a mark of 4:48.86… Moved to 10th on Cal’s Indoor All-Time Top-10 list in the mile with a personal best mark of 4:47.80… Named to the MPSF All-Academic list… Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention. 

2018: Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims where she recorded a time of 10:17.77 in the 3000m steeplechase... Set the 3000m steeplechase freshman record four times during the 2018 season... Ranks second in school history in the 3000m steeplechase with her mark of 10:17.77... Took seventh in the steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championship... Notched a third-place finish in the 1500m at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge with a time of 4:29.39... Recorded a personal best of 9:39.15 in the 3000m at the Husky Classic... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. 

CROSS COUNTRY
2020: Competed in two meets… at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships, finished the 6k in 20:41.1… took second place at the Dave Murray Invitational with a 6k time of 21:43.5.

2019: Competed in six meets for the Bears… Helped the women’s team take the team title at the USF Invitational, taking 7th in the event with a time of 22:06.1… Finished 6th at the Stump Invitational with a 22:15.3 mark… Took 17th at the Capital Cross Challenge, crossing the finish line at 21:08.6… Ran a 21:38.4 mark at the Under Armour Pre-National Invitational… Finished 46th at the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 20:59.1… Claimed a 71^st-place finish at the NCAA West Region Championships with a 21:15.8 mark…. Pac-12 Fall Academic Honor Roll selection.

2018: Competed in five meets as a sophomore and finished as the Bears' top finisher in three of them... Recorded a 14th place finish at the USF Invitational with a time of 22:03.9... Took 43rd at the Joe Piane Invitational with a time of 17:43.4... Took 45th at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 21:15.10... Finished 41st at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 20:51.6... Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention. 

2017: Competed in six meets for the Bears in her first collegiate season... Earned best finish of the season at USF Invitational, placing 13th (22:24.8)... Earned top-60 finishes at both Pac-12 Championships (55th, 20:24.1) and NCAA West Regionals (53rd, 20:53.0)... Recorded a 206th place finish at the NCAA Championships. 

HIGH SCHOOL: The 2014 and 2016 San Gabriel Cross Country runner of the year…Named MVP of cross country and track teams all four years of school…  Placed third at 2017 State championships for 3200m… Set high-school records for the 800, 1200, 1600 and 3200m runs…Set high school PRs of 4:48 in the 1600m run, 10:26 in the 3200m run, and 17:01 in the 3 mile run… Named 2017 Student Athlete of the Year of Claremont High School.

PERSONAL: Undeclared major… Parents are Beth and Mike Boos… Has older sister, Ali… Loves to camp, make ceramics and run.
