TRACK & FIELD
2018: Won the 5000m competition at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge with a personal best mark of 15:08.42... Set a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:07.14 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival. 

CROSS COUNTRY
2017: Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: The 2015 and 2016 MVP of his HS Cross Country team…  four year scholar athlete while also named Most Inspirational of Track team in Junior year… placed sixth individually at California State meet in Cross Country in 2016, helping his team to a fourth place finish… team was Diablo Foothill Athletic League and North Coast Section Cross Country champion of 2016… holds the school record in the 3200 m (9:16).

PERSONAL: Undelcared major… Born on April 11th, 1999… Parents are Saritha and Siva Surapaneni… Has little sister, Anika… enjoys playing basketball and watching Netflix.
