2019: Honorable Mention All-American… Took 23rd in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA Championship… Ran 50.61 in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA West Prelims to book the 12th and final qualifying spot for the NCAA Championship… Took second at the Pac-12 Championships with a personal best time of 49.80… With his time of 49.80 he earned the number seven spot in the NCAA top-50 and ranks fifth all-time in Cal history… Ran the anchor leg for the Bears 4x400m relay team which won the race and clinched the Big Meet over Stanford with a time of 3:11.22... Set the school record in the indoor 400m event with a time of 46.78…  Finished second at the MPSF Championships in the 400m and ninth in the 200m… Moved to number eight on Cal’s Indoor Top-10 list in the 200m with a time of 21.57… Named to the MPSF All-Academic list… Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team. 

2018: Set a personal best in the 400m Hurdles at the NCAA West Prelims as he finished in 27th place with a time of 51.75... Took fifth place at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 51.89 in the 400m Hurdles... Scored 12 points for the Bears at the annual Big Meet as he took first in the 400m, third in the 200m and helped both the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams to second place finishes... Set a 400m outdoor best of 47.27 at the Cardinal Classic as he took fourth... Took ninth at the MPSF Championship in the 200m with a time of 21.89... Took third in the 200m at the UW Invitational and fourth at the Husky Classic... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

2017: Finished eighth at the Pac-12 Championship in the 400m hurdles after qualifying for the final with the fourth-best mark... Earned second-place marks in both the Brutus Hamilton Challenge and the Kansas Relays... Posted a time of 47.66 in the 400m to take ninth at the MPSF Indoor Championship... Finished first at the Husky Classic with an indoor 400m mark of 46.95...Claimed first place at the UW Invitational in the 400m. 

INTERNATIONAL: Notched a 15th place finish at the 2017 USATF Junior Championship with a 400m hurdle mark of 52.66.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Buchanan HS in Clovis...four-year letterwinner in track...best marks include a Central Section record of 37.05 in the 300 hurdles, a school record 48.76 in the 400 meters and a top mark of 14.16 in the 110 hurdles...top finishes include 2nd at the Arcadia Invitational and 4th at the California state meet...two-year letterwinner in football...named team Most Valuable Athlete during scholastic career

PERSONAL: Majoring in business administration... Parents are Gurdeep and Nirmaljit... Has one older brother, Karunveer, who is a student-athlete at UC Davis... Hobbies include playing NBA 2K and listening to music
