CROSS COUNTRY
2020: Competed in two meets… ran the 6k in 21:50.6 at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships… at the Dave Murray Invite, finished the 6k in 23:10.0.

2019: Competed in three meets during the 2019 season… Helped the women’s team take the team title at the USF Invitational with a 12^th-place finish at 22:13.8… Finished 25th at the Stump Invitational with a time of 22:57.6… Logged a 21:38.7 mark at the Capital Cross Challenge.

2018: Competed in four meets for the Bears during the 2018 season... Took 20th place at the USF Invitational with a time of 22:11.7...Claimed a 52nd place finish with a time of 21:32.1 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational... Took 84th at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 22:20.03. 

TRACK & FIELD
2021 (Outdoor): Competed in one outdoor meet… ran the 5k in 18:12.41 at the Aztec Invitational.

2020: Did not compete.

2019: Competed in seven outdoor meets during the 2019 season... Notched a 3000m personal best at the Cal Opener with a time of 10:16.00... Ran a personal best in the 5000m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic with a time of 17:18.23... Took fourth in the 3000m at the Big Meet with a time of 10:16.37... Collected a season-best time of 4:44.14 in the 1500m at the Hornet Invitational. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Won the 3200m championship in the Delta league... State Qualifier in the 3200m... Won the Arcadia Invitational in the 3200m rated section in 2016... Helped her team to a third place finish in the D1 State meet... Three-time Academic All-League... Member of the National Honor Society... Medicine and More Club... Booster Club Overall Student-Athlete GPA Award... Also played soccer in high school. 

PERSONAL: Born June 6, 2000...Daughter of Kathy and William Vandegrift... Majoring in Integrative Human Biology...Plans to enter field of healthcare after graduation...Hobbies include hiking, swimming, reading and painting... Took first and honorable mention at the State Fair.
