Cal Success:

• Qualified for the 2016 NCAA Championships and competed in the 200, 500 and 1,650 freestyle. Earned his best finish in the 1,650, placing 20th, and was Cal's top finisher in the event.
• Competed in every freestyle event but the 50 for the Bears in 2016 and held the team's top time in the 500 (4:16.47 at the Pac-12 Championships). Achieved NCAA "B" standards in the 200, 500 and 1,650.
• Competed in the 200, 500 and 1,650-yard freestyle at the 2015 Pac-12 Championships.
• Registered the team's top time in the 1,650 freestyle in 2015 with a time of 15:10.15 at the Georgia Invitational. 
• Placed fifth in the 1650 free at the 2014 Pac-12 championships

National Success:

• Former member of the U.S. National Team in the 1500 free
• Member of the 2012-2013 National team for 10K Open Water
• Participated in the 2012 Junior Pan-Pacific Championships in Honolulu, Hawaii swimming the 100, 200, 400, and 1500 meter freestyles, and took third in the Open Water 10K

High School Success: 

• 2012 CIF Southern Section Champion in the 500 Freestyle
