BERKELEY - Cal's first round NIT match-up with Fresno State Wednesday will be televised live from the Oakland Arena by Fox Sports Bay Area beginning at 7:30 p.m. The game can also be heard on KABL Radio (960 AM) and KATD Radio (990 AM) in the Bay Area.
Plenty of tickets, priced at $22.00 ($5.00 for Cal students), remain for the game. Fans may still purchase tickets in advance through BASS (762-2277) or at the Oakland Arena ticket office.
Also, if Cal wins Wednesday night, there is a good chance the Bears would host a second round NIT game against the winner of DePaul-Northwestern on Tuesday, March 16 at the Oakland Arena. Final determination will be made either Wednesday night or Thursday morning. To purchase tickets to that game, season ticket holders and Bear Backers should call 800-GO BEARS, while non-season ticket holders should call BASS.
