CAL: Cross Country - Hansen begins her fifth year on the Cal cross country team but has not competed in any meets during the last two seasons...will be looked towards for leadership in 2000 as one of three Cal seniors and as a co-captain with Marielle Schlueter...missed the 1999 campaign with mononucleosis...as a sophomore in 1998, placed 38th (19:56) at the Cal Poly Invite, 44th (19:41) at the Fresno Invite, and 76th (18:45) at the NCAA Western Regional...as a freshman in 1997, ran in five meets for the Bears, culminating with a 55th-place finish at the Pac-10 Championship.
Track - Two year letterwinner...as a redshirt sophomore in 2000, saw limited competition in the 1500m and 3000m...did not see action in 1999...as a freshman in 1998, had four top 10 finishes for the Bears...finished third (10:43.16) in the 3000m at the Cal Invitational and fifth (10:37.04) at The Big Meet.
High School: Competed in track, cross country and tennis at Redwood HS...as a senior, won the Marin County Athletic League cross country championship and the NCS Meet of Champions (Div. 4)...named her team's MVP in track and cross country as a senior.
