CALIFORNIA - Barnett enters her senior season at Cal...as a JUNIOR, cleared a PR of 5-8.75 in the high jump to finish first at the 2000 Big Meet...that PR ranks seventh all-time among Cal athletes...placed 10th (5-6) in the high jump at the Pac-10 meet...as a SOPHOMORE in 1999, posted her then-career high of 5-5 in the high jump at a Stanford all-comers meet...as a FRESHMAN in 1998, tallied Cal's best high jump mark (5-4.25) at the Stanford Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL - Attended Poway HS, where she competed on the track & field and basketball teams.
