AS A FRESHMAN in 2003-2004: Ran 11:09.95 in the 3000m at the Bay Area Blast Off and 18:50.23 in the 5000m at the Big Meet.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Carmel High School in Carmel, CA...competed in the triathlon, cross country, softball and basketball...finished 16th in the Wildflower Triathlon...made cross country All-Mission Trails Athletic League team...MVP All-League...Carmel was league champion four straight years...PRs are 18:35 (5000m) and 38:30 (10000m).
PERSONAL: Brooke Lowman Wells was born March 18, 1985, in Monterey, CA...parents are Gregg and Mary Wells...double major in political science and mass communications.
