AS A SENIOR IN 2002-03: Led off Cal's 4x100 relay team, which ran a season-best 40.08 at the Big Meet...led off 4x100 relay team in fourth-place finish (40.49) at NCAA Western Regional...ran a season-best 10.62 in the 100m at Pac-10 Championships.
AS A JUNIOR IN 2001-02: Set Cal's season-best marks in the 100m (10.68) and 200m (21.71)...won the 100m (10.71) and placed second in the 200m (21.71) at the Big Meet...notched several second-place finishes in the 100m, including at the USC Invitational (10.80), Stanford Invitational (10.69w), Brutus Hamilton Memorial Invitational (10.95) and Mt. SAC Relays (10.79)...a second team Pac-10 All-Academic selection.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2000-01: Ran the second-best Cal time of the year in the 100m (10.70) at the Big Meet and Pac-10 Championships...clocked a then-PR of 21.85 in the 200m at the Big Meet...ran a leg of the Bears third-place 4x100m relay at Pac-10s...earned honorable mention Academic All-Pac-10 recognition.
AT ARIZONA IN 1999-2000: Competed his first year at the University of Arizona.
HIGH SCHOOL: Helped lead Bishop O'Dowd HS to two league championships...two-year team captain in 1998 and 1999, recorded PRs of 10.63 in the 100m and 21.85 in the 200m...participated in the Junior Olympics.
