Cal in Fourth Place at Falcon-Cross

U.S.A.F. Academy, Colo. - The California men's golf team is in fourth place of the
24-team Falcon-Cross Creek Invitational (290) at Eisenhower (Blue) Golf Course.
Colorado State is leading the tournament (281). Air Force (286) and Nebraska (289)
are in second and third place, respectively. Air Force's Danny Visosky and Wyoming's
David Hearn each shot a four under par 68 to pace the field.
Individually, the Bears are led by junior Jay Berkowitz (34-36) who is 2-under par and
tied for sixth place. Junior Dan Coyle (33-38) and sophomore Dong Yi are in a five-way
tie for 11th place.
The 54-hole tournament resumes play tomorrow for the second round of the invitational
with the finals scheduled for Sunday.
